As Senior Content Lead at the Peruvian Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PROMSACE), I directed a team of 8+ writers creating orientation content about government procedures at local, regional and national levels.

I onboarded external communication specialists from government offices into the Gob.pe platform, ensuring compliance with content guidelines, service design principles and use of the proprietary CMS. I also coordinated with government officials across different sectors for the provision of information and digital services.
