  • Improve the citizen's reporting experience by reducing response time.
  • Digitalise the whole process and help consolidate information for statistical reports for the Ministry of Culture.
  • Create a digital platform where citizens who have suffered racial discrimination can report incidents and access timely resources.

  • Information architecture.
  • Voice & tone development — keeping content formal and direct while expressing care for those affected.
  • Content strategy.
  • Web and mobile copywriting.
  • Review of UX design wireframes.
  • Development of a step-by-step reporting guide and explanation of response times and limitations.
  • Guidelines for translations into Quechua, Aimara and Awajún, working directly with native language translators.
  • Statistics module: consolidated reporting data displayed publicly to raise awareness of discrimination.
